Axis Porto Club Aliados Hotel

The hotel was almost acceptable, but i was horrified to find a dirty bathroom and used flip-flops from the previous guest-how disgusting! When i requested an upgrade for my troubles, they acted like it was too much to ask. I almost thought of giving a decent review, but just couldn't get past the filthy conditions.

Spotless hotel, and tasteful food selection!!!

Well-appointed hotel and favourable location directly across from the city centre. Very helpful staff, great stay. Very very good breakfast including coffee, croissants, cakes, and fruit.

The breakfast options were disappointing for a 4-star hotel, and the noise level from nearby bars was unbearable during the weekend. I stayed on the second floor, and it seemed like I was trying to sleep next to a nightclub. The staff seemed indifferent at times, which only added to my frustration.

Location: the hotel was close enough to the center of the city, and restaurants, bars and the river. The breakfast food was tasteful, different choices to eat like coffee, croissants, cakes and fruit...

fairly clean, trendy boutique hotel with unbeatable location to douro riverfront. location close to the tram station and the city center. nearby entre tanto bistro bar - great place to chill out.

I spent 4 nights exploring Porto, and the location was fantastic for getting to attractions like Ribeira Square and Livraria Lello-all just a short walk away. The room I had, which offered a lovely view of the Aliados, was stylish and freshly renovated. I particularly appreciated the warm welcome from the staff, especially Manuel, who took his time to share great tips on places to visit and eat. It was a nice trip thanks to the vibrant atmosphere of the city and my comfortable stay.

Had a blast with friends! The location was perfect for exploring fine spots like the Livraria Lello and the Clérigos Tower. The rooms were modern and super comfy. The breakfast was filling, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

All good, fulfills its purpose. The hotel offers well-maintained wellness facilities and an really good concierge service.

The location of axis was perfect, just 1km from the city center. My suite was fantastic, with a cozy balcony with a view of the town hall. The staff was super helpful, allowing me to leave my bags long before check-in. The breakfast was varied and beautifully presented.

Wonderful experience! the staff was extremely helpful, even suggesting some cool places to check out. Plus, the location was super convenient, just a stone's throw away from the Holy Trinity Church. 🌟
